02. Products & Customization
Yes. Every Dindaz product is produced on demand after you place your order. This allows flexible personalisation and helps avoid mass overproduction.
In most cases, yes. Many products allow you to add your own name, message, logo, or artwork, depending on the item and design. Customisation options are shown on each product page.
You remain responsible for and retain rights to the content you upload (subject to any separate written agreement). By submitting artwork or text, you confirm that you have permission to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain illegal or harmful content.
Yes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
03. Orders & Account
No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, manage addresses, and save details for future purchases.
Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Order cancellation is allowed within 1 hour from the time your order is submitted.
- To request cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible at support@dindaz.com with your order number and “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
- If the 1-hour window has passed, the order will usually already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled. At that stage, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies (defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items only).
Changes are handled the same way as cancellations:
- If you need to correct details (e.g. shipping address or personalisation), contact support@dindaz.com
within 1 hour of placing the order. - After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes are possible, as production may already be in progress.
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact support@dindaz.com with your full name and the email used at checkout, and we will resend the confirmation.
04. Billing & Shipping Details
Billing information is required for payment verification and invoicing. Shipping information is used to deliver your order.
- If your billing address and shipping address are the same, you can select this at checkout and enter it once.
- If your shipping address is different, you must provide separate shipping details.
05. Shipping & Delivery
Your order goes through processing/production and then shipping.
Processing & Production
Typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping / Delivery (after dispatch – approximate):
United Kingdom: around 2–5 business days
Europe: around 3–10 business days
United States & North America: around 3–8 business days
Rest of the World: around 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs, peak seasons, or local conditions.
06. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Generally, no. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refund orders due to:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
Customer input errors (e.g. spelling mistakes in custom text)
Please review product details, size guides, and personalisation carefully before confirming your order.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
The item is defective, misprinted, or damaged
You received the wrong item, size, or design compared to your order
Your parcel is lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier
In these cases, please contact support@dindaz.com within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy and include your order number and clear photos (where applicable).
07. Sizing & Product
Care instructions are provided on product pages and labels, but general guidance for printed apparel includes:
Wash inside out with similar colours
Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent
Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
Tumble dry low or, preferably, hang to dry
Do not iron directly on the print
Proper care helps maintain both print quality and garment longevity.
08. Payments & Security
We typically charge in the most relevant currency for your region, for example:
USD for customers in the United States
GBP for customers in the United Kingdom
Other local or major currencies (such as EUR) where supported
The currency and total amount payable are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Yes. Payments are processed via secure, certified payment providers:
Card details are encrypted and transmitted over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
We do not store your full card number or security code.
You may be asked to complete additional verification (3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication) for added protection.

Yes. Dindaz supports:
