By using this website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

  • Keep your login details (email, username, password) confidential.

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or a security breach, you must notify us promptly at support@dindaz.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to our website, if:

  • We reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour.

  • We need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You agree to use the Dindaz website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.

You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws.

  • Use the website to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, or use any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers, or any connected systems.

We may monitor activity as necessary to protect our systems, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Products & Nature of Our Service

Dindaz sells physical, made-to-order lifestyle products (such as apparel, accessories, and home & living items):

  • Products are typically printed or produced after you place an order.

  • Designs may be ready-made or personalised/customised as offered on the product page.

  • As items are made to order, small variations in colour, placement, or size may occur compared to mock-ups.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products or collections at any time without notice.

All product descriptions, images, and information on our site are provided in good faith, but may not always be perfectly up to date or error-free. If we discover a significant error that affects your order, we will contact you to clarify or cancel and refund the order where needed.

7. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website:

  1. You submit an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms.

  2. We send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not yet mean the order is accepted.

  3. A contract is formed when we:

    • Accept your order, and

    • Successfully process your payment, and

    • Begin fulfilling your order.

We may reject or cancel an order, in full or in part, if for example:

  • The product is unavailable or discontinued.

  • We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

  • There is a pricing or product description error.

  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • All prices are displayed on the website in the relevant currency for your region (for example, GBP, USD, or other supported currencies).

  • Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location and local regulations. Any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) will be shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you confirm your order.

We may change prices and fees at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and accepted.

If a clear pricing error is discovered in relation to your order, we may:

  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or

  • Cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers according to our Payment Policy.

By providing payment details at checkout, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the full order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your chosen method.

If your payment is declined or reversed, we are under no obligation to fulfill the order and may cancel it. In cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised use, we may notify the relevant authorities.

10. Billing & Shipping Information

At checkout, we collect billing and shipping information via WooCommerce:

  • If your billing address and shipping address are the same, you can select this option and provide the details once.

  • If your shipping address is different, you must provide accurate, complete shipping details.

You are responsible for ensuring all information is correct. Errors may lead to delays, additional costs, or the order being returned or undeliverable.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are provided as estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving issues where possible.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees payable by you on arrival in your country.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are delivered to the address you provided, or collected from a carrier if applicable.

12. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and refunds for Dindaz orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

  • Our products are custom-made to order. We generally do not accept returns or refund orders due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer mistakes.

  • We will replace or refund items that are defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or fulfilled incorrectly (wrong item/size/design), if you contact us within the specified time frame and provide evidence.

  • Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and can take 14–21 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in our policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we consider inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party websites.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all conditions, warranties, and representations relating to the website and products, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

  • Dindaz (Quikdin Limited), its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

    • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or data;

    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission;

    • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the website;

    • Your purchase or use of any product.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quikdin Limited (Dindaz), its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

  • Your misuse of the website or products.

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to take exclusive control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the website, or any purchase from Dindaz (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

  • Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have to bring claims in the courts of your home country.

We always encourage you to contact us first at support@dindaz.com to try to resolve any issue informally.
